If you do not connect VDD here, the programming port will not switch to your module.

The same code is working with nrf5340DK+nrf7002ek but not with this module which has same configurations

Yes actually I am giving Vdd from arduino as I am working with wifi and the device needs more than 3V

Hi,

Are you certain that you are programming the correct device?

It looks like there's two wires (SWDIO/SWDCLK) that is connected to the 10 pin programming header, you will need VDD_NRF as well.

If not; the DK will select "internal programming" and not external.
