We had some public holidays here, which caused a delay.

I do not have any other specific guesses, so let us take a step back and try to do generic debugging:

Do you use a custom board?
If yes, do your code work on the DK?

The only thing I get is when I try to read images using the device manager.

Our board is custom and I get no output during boot.

 mcumgr_img_grp: Failed to open flash area ID 2: -2

What exactly does Device Manager list for the slots?

Does MCUboot log anything when you reset the device?

Have you seen our DevAcademy on bootloaders and DFU?

If not, give that a go and let me know if you still have the same issues.
