&lt;p&gt;Sorry for the late answer but i have solved the issue, i have used uart0 for both nrf91 SiP and nrf52 SoC, and it works &lt;span class="emoticon" data-url="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/cfs-file/__key/system/emoji/1f642.svg" title="Slight smile"&gt;&amp;#x1f642;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Can you elaborate this. How do you know?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What are you running on the nRF91 SoC?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How are you programming the devices?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Do you see any other parts of the nRF52 SoC app working, such as the BLE?&lt;/p&gt;
