Hi Kenneth,

The problem was I uploading the .zip as if I was using the Programmer Tool, uploading the .bin changed the board version to 1.1.0 and now it shows 3.3V.

And you can just double confirm that you indeed have run the:
nrfutil device x-boardcontroller-program --traits boardController --firmware nrf9161dk_board_controller_fw_1_1_0.bin

Do you need the 1st and 4th data sets?

Hi Daniel,

Can you provide details about which nRF9161-DK you have? There should be a white sticker on the board, maybe on the back.

Hi,

It's possible your kit has an older version of the board controller FW that weren't able to change the GPIO voltage.

You can find the newest version of the board controller FW here, and use nRFUtil to update your DK.
