at_client documentation can be found here:

You can use a serial terminal of your choice to issue any AT command, but we do recommend using the Cellular monitor application in nrf connect for desktop.

For location, you need to provision your device into nrf cloud, as described and linked here:

The default output is exact to yours, except for network parameters.
