Yes, those three credentials are factory programmed and cannot be deleted.

6 – Device identity public key.
10 – Nordic identity root CA. Root CA for Nordic identity server.
11 – Nordic base public key. Used for ownership key provisioning message signature
verification.

Thanks for that info. We will look into this further. Meanwhile, I have deleted your device. You should be able to re-add it now and try the nRF_cloud_rest_cell_location sample again.

I am OK with you deleting the device (I already tried that myself).

The device story is quite simple: the device was working for my colleague just fine and then I borrowed it for the project. Colleague removed it and I added it to my account but I could not connect to the cloud. Maybe it is also worth mentioning that I also tried deleting all of the stored certificates but was not able to delete these:

Your device seems to be in a bad state: it doesn't appear to be associated with your team/account, and you have two certificates attached to the device. I recommend deleting the device, but we probably have to do this for you. I'll await your response whether you're OK with that. Meanwhile, can you tell me the steps you've taken with this device so far? We'd like to understand better how it got into this bad state.
