That sounds plausible. When you are using the Zboss stack, you need to use it's flash management API, to make sure that they are not trying to use the flash at the same time, which can cause the other "user" to have an unsuccessful or incomplete flash operation, which in worst case can lead to corrupted zboss memory, and from there a lot of issues.

You should use this to make the Zboss library aware that there are flash operations ongoing.
