Unfortunately the distance toolbox doesn't work with nRF5 SDK.

nRF Connect SDK is the new SDK which we will continue focusing on going forward so I would recommend switching to it, though you are of course free to choose which SDK you'd like. For more on the difference between nRF5SDK and NCS, see here.

Thank you very much for your help and advice! Next, I will learn and understand the distance toolbox, hoping that it can be applied to our products, because the demand for power consumption is relatively high. I will also continue to explore the use of nrf5SDK, thanks again for your suggestions!

I am sorry to hear that. For information about the SDK or otherwise, you can have a look at this page for our documentation. But if working with the SDK is confusing for you I would first and foremost recommend our DevAcademy, which is a great starting point for both getting the SDK installed, and how to use it, as well as how to create BLE applications.

When you are done with these courses, I would also like to add that RSSI is often not the best option for locationing. It might of course be different in your field/ in your product, but RSSI for locationing is something I would generally avoid.

I would rather recommend our distance toolbox for this. Have a look at this webinar that explains how it works.
