Thank you for contacting DevZone at NordicSemi.

In the img_app_bl folder, there are 6 hex files. These hex files are for different applications. These applications are:
Asset Tracker V2
AT Client
Modem Shell
NRFCloud Multi service
and Serial LTE Modem
which application you want to flash on the DK?
Also, note that only the Asset Tracker application has two hex files, one for the LTEM and the other for the NBIOT.
So if you plan to use/try the Asset Tracker, then chose the first file as that should work for the LTEM.
