Hi Sigurd,

I just tried hello world sample debugging with Ozone and it works. So it feels like there is an issue with the default debugger in VSCode.

Can you try "Debug with Ozone" instead and see if you get the same issue then?

I already tried v2.6.1, it shows the same problem. Could it be something with latest nrfjprog?

I now see that you use SDK: v2.6.99-cs2.

Can you try the same with v2.6.1?

just to be clear - "stops" here means that code never reaches my breakpoint and if I press "Pause(F6)" button I see that a line of the code inside TF-M is highlighted (as in the picture below).

Which version of nrfjprog do you use?

Hi Sigurd,
If the sample is built for nrf9160dk_nrf9160_ns (includes TF-M) then yes, same problem - it stops inside of the tfm code. If build for nrf9160dk_nrf9160 target (no TF-M) - debugging works as expected.
