&lt;p&gt;I just tried hello world sample debugging with Ozone and it works. So it feels like there is an issue with the default debugger in VSCode.&lt;/p&gt;

If build for&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;nrf9160dk_nrf9160 target (no TF-M) - debugging works as expected.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
