I am currently developing a product that is based on a nrf9160 and more precisely with a Thingy:91, this project integrates the tools of Golioth to communication data. And I am encountering a little issue with my PSK and PSK-ID registration.

RE: PSK ID and PSK are lost after the reboot of my hardware

Hello,

Thank you for your help. The issue I was facing was due to an erase operation in the flash memory, which was being done in another part of my code.

Thanks again and have a nice day.

RE: PSK ID and PSK are lost after the reboot of my hardware

Hi Salem,

I am using the Golioth solution, a firmware that bridges my device and their platform, allowing me to manage my IoT devices. For the connection, I am using Golioth's firmware with Zephyr. Here is the link to the firmware:https://github.com/golioth/golioth-firmware-sdk/tree/main

Regarding the PSK parameters, here is a link with detailed instructions that I followed: LINK TO THE GOLIOTH README EXPLAINING THE PROCESS TO FOLLOW

I am using version v2.5.2 of the nRF Connect SDK. The connectivity is not an issue as my LTE-M modem connects well. The problem is saving the PSK keys upon reboot.

Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

Kind regards,

Are you able to provide more details on the issue you are seeing? I'm not familiar with the Golioth solution. Could you provide me the link to the Github that you are referring to?

What version of the nRF Connect SDK are you developing with, and what modem FW are you running on your nRF9160?

A modem trace could provide some answers, along with the modem logs.

Thank you.

Kind regards,
Øyvind
