&lt;p&gt;Do you mean you are using nRF9160DK J-Link OB to program STM32 chip? I am not sure if this is possible, you need to get advice from STM on how to program their chips.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;or you mean you are programming nRF9160? nRF9160 only accept programming modem firmware and application firmware. I am not sure why you have three files.&lt;/p&gt;
