I have configured 4 pins as wake-up sources from deep sleep System OFF mode. I tried using the latch register, but it does not work at all.
The issue is resolved. It was due to RTT debug mode. When debug mode is not enabled and we read logs over UART, the pins' state reads fine after a reset.

Can you show your implementation (probably a project zip that would build correctly)? I will test at my end and hook up logic analyzer to see it pins are low or are not detected.
