Ah, thank you for elaborating. This makes it somewhat more clear for me. I discussed this with my colleagues and we think that a better angle for you may be to use the Wi-Fi Station sample instead. This sample has a section regarding static configuring, which might be of help.

Have you investigated this sample already?

I'd like to get the static provisioning to work, as it is more convenient for the project I am working on. I understand it is not recommended for production but for this specific context it shouldn't pose issues and would save us quite a bit of time :))

Hi,

I'm using the following:

SDK: v2.6.1

Toolchain: v2.6.1

IDE: Cursor v0.35.0

Cursor is a VSCode clone currently built on VSCode Version: 1.89.1

Board: nRF7002-DK

I see the same thing with the solution as well as following the steps. As mentioned I can get the sample code to work through shell provisioning (Exercise steps 12-15) but not through static provisioning (Exercise steps 1-11).

Hi,

Could you also verify that the issue persists if you go to the next step? In case that you're testing on step 11, then could you continue and check with the following steps as well? From step 12 and out you're supposed to comment out parts that has to do with static provisioning, so there are still some parts to do.

Hi,

Could you state which SDK version you're using as well as which board revision?

Do you see the same thing when building with the solution as well as with the resulting code you get when following the steps in the exercise?
