Try to drop the speed to 1 MHz, for testing purposes. This should eliminate any problems wrt. inductance/capacitance in the programming lines.

A: So far, only a few tests have been done and we haven't seen stability yet. We thought about dropping the speed down to 9 MHz to try more

Q:Does this mean that you still have issues even when reducing the speed?

A:At this time, we believe that the problem may be too fast to burn, Jlink version differences, and poor contact, but can not determine the specific cause. We're still working on it, and we're asking for your help.

HI,

Yes. After reducing the speed, the chip can be burned successfully. But I need stability at the same time, I also need enough speed, I don't know how much this speed is appropriate? Is there a recommended speed?Besides the speed problem, there are other problems, right? Please let me know and I'll try to fix it.

Hi,

If I understand your scenario correct, the issue is stability when programming the nRF. Please correct me if I have misunderstood.

I see that you have a clock speed of 10 MHz, have you tried to reduce this to see if this helps wrt. stability issues?
