&lt;p&gt;The nRF52833 is &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf52833/page/power.html#ariaid-title73"&gt;specified &lt;/a&gt;to use typically 16.5 µs from System Off until it starts executing CPU code. How fast it connects to a central depends on what kind of advertising it&amp;#39;s doing (directed vs undirected) and how close the device is to the central etc. It&amp;#39;s not possible to give a exact number on this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
