I see that you've discussed your questions in prior cases, and the answer as far as I can see in them are still valid. But here's an additional comment regarding your questions. After discussing this with our LE Audio experts:

1. Use the formulas from here https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf5340/i2s.html?cp=4_0_0_6_14_4#concept_ezd_bqy_vr or take the values from here

2. ctrl + f here: sdk-nrf/applications/nrf5340_audio/tools/buildprog/buildprog.py at main · nrfconnect/sdk-nrf (github.com) and search for 'board' to see where the board name is supplied to the build

Create your own board or change it to target different boards based on whether it is a headset or gateway

3. The gateway is filtering on advertised name, and so the address does not matter, please elaborate on what you're seeing. If you've changed the name somewhere then this may be the reason for why the filter is not hitting.
