hello i am using nRF5_SDK_12.1.0_0d23e2a inthat nrf51.xml is not found ..and i need that file for installing emsysreqview for nordik semiconductor.so what shoild i do?

The EmbSys Plugin should also be able to use SVD files. You may want to take a look at this post. Please note that this post uses the NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.8.0.3.pack and if you are using a newer one you might have to revert back to the one used in the post.

Thank you for commenting. I was looking for the nrf52.xml file, but did not think to look in the 0.9.2 SDK. And there it was. At least I have it thanks to your comment.

ouch - that file's very useful, I hope they put it back.

If you check the 0.9.2 SDK, they're both in there, the nRF51 and nRF52 versions, fortunately they don't change so you can copy them over.
