Hello Jennifer,

You can test the voltage of VBUS, VSYS, VOUT1 and VOUT2 and let us know. If it is not in the ranged value then we would say something wrong with PMIC.

Unfortunately I do not have a voltmeter to test that, I should be getting one later today to get to you with that, but right now my computer does not recognize the that the npm1300 is connected to it at all. Here are some pictures of the board as well as the logs and a system report.

Hi,

Can you measure voltages on VBUS, VSYS, VOUT2, VOUT1 just to confirm nPM1300 is powering up ok?

Hello,

Have you followed everything mentioned here Connect the nPM1300 EK with nPM PowerUP (nordicsemi.com)? Can you send me a picture of your set up and the screenshot of nPM Powerapp?

Have you tried to change the usb-c cables to see if that works?
