 I have this annoying issue that I can&amp;#39;t find a way to get rid of, and I don&amp;#39;t know if it&amp;#39;s intentional or if there is even a way to deactivate it.

&lt;p&gt;The &amp;quot;Source Control&amp;quot; feature is not part of the nRF Connect Extension. I also have similar tabs in VS Code, but I don&amp;#39;t see an option to disable this feature. Personally, I don&amp;#39;t find it visually cluttered because of this. If you find it distracting, you can hide the Source Control tab and access it when needed via the &amp;quot;View&amp;quot; menu.&lt;/p&gt;
