OK, nevermind, sorted out. The USB cable that I was using is quite old and probably even not shielded. With proper cable board is programmed, not working as it expected but it is probably for the different case/topic. Thanks anyway.

What I have just found, I can successfully program it with J-link lite (possibly should not use it for this board, but as I have origin Jlink Pro hopefully I will be absolved), but not with J link Pro.

nrfjprog version: 10.19.0 external
JLinkARM.dll version: 7.94e

J-Link PRO V4.00 FW: 2022 Sep 22 15:00 - didn't work

J-Link Lite Cortex-M-9 V9.00 FW: 2021 Feb 2 16:33 working

Are you using an external debugger? What is you nrfjprog version?
