Hi,

There is unfortunately a heavy load on our available hardware engineers. Before we can continue in any other case there we need to go through the suggestions made there to ensure that the issues is not caused by hardware.

I'll let the returning hardware engineers know, and always please reach out to your Regional Sales Director for urgency requests and mapping for priority.

Hi,

To my understanding you've asked the same question in the ongoing in your prior case as well, so I'll discuss the question with the engineer handling that case and they'll continue with you from there.

My guess is that it is hardware related given that you run the exact same firmware
