Hi, I already updated nRF Connect to version 5.0.1, and the error message remains the same as the one on my last response.

We have a new version for the nRF Connect for Desktop (v5.0.1). Could you try updating to this and then try again? Do let me know in case your issue persists.

Thank you very much for your response! Unfortunately after follwing the guide on the link I still can't install the Toolchain Manafger from nrf connect. However, the error message has changed slightly; the last lines have been replaced by the following:

Caused by:
    0: error sending request for url (files.nordicsemi.com/.../bootstrap.json)
    1: client error (Connect)
    2: dns error: Host desconocido. (os error 11001)
    3: Host desconocido. (os error 11001).

Is there anything else I could try?

Another detail that I missed on my first on my ticket, is that I succesfully installed some other applications from nrf connect for desktop, such as Cellular Monitor, Programmer and RSSI viewer. Toolchain Manager is the only one I´m having problems with.
