Please refer to Lesson 6 in https://academy.nordicsemi.com/courses/bluetooth-low-energy-fundamentals/

This lesson should show you how to use and set up the BLE sniffer.

Since this is your first case I would also like to recommend you to go through the Fundamentals courses in the academy as well. This should get you a headstart when starting to develop with nRF Connect SDK.

And also, this is a typical case that would benefit from being public, so I will request you to convert this to a public case. Please keep that in mind when creating new cases in the future, which you are more than welcome to do.
