My best suggestion would be to look into TFT single chip drivers like they did on the board i linked below where they used a ILI9341 as display driver. This device at least has driver support in Zephyr however you will need to check if it matches your design as this is not something i'm familiar with. I think it could be worth checking if there is any breakout drivers boards to be had just to test with. Yes I just had a check with all the Nordic supported drivers that has an existing driver file. All of them support smaller LCD's that only have SPI for display and I2C for touch panel. The RGB interface requiring LCD's have a other LCD driver IC. If there are any add on boards that can be supporting RGB interface separately that can be integrated with nRF5340 it would be useful.

Do you have more of a datasheet to share? I think the 18bit parallel bus might be an issue and you would need another IC for that part

I will need to investigate a bit and get back to you.

I saw there was one board that I found in the zephyr board list that might look like it do something similar.So it might be possible to take a look at the pinout there to get an idea
