If it still does not work, can you inform what nRF51 chip revision you have and what load capacitors you have chosen for the 32MHz crystal?

yes ,now i add "NRF_CLOCK->XTALFREQ = 0xFFFFFF00;"to file main.c success. But the 32M crystal don`t work . I use a oscilloscope to measure the crystal and i can see nothing.
