We have previously realized the nRF7002 Matter project. We tried this with nRF52840. I am using Amazon Dot 4 but Amazon did not detect Matter. What is the reason for this. I know that you do the commissioning process via bluetooth.
All commissioning happens over BLE (mandatory by the specification), which is also described in https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-2.6.1/page/nrf/samples/matter/light_bulb/README.html#bind_both_devices. Are you certain that BLE advertising has started?
As far as I understand here, the nRF7002dk connects to the matter via wifi.
That depends on what build configuration you choose, but yes the default configuration for 7002DK is Matter over Wifi, but the commissioning step goes over BLE.

This will depend on if your app is meeting the requirements to connect to Amazons ecosystem.
