I've followed the instruction to setup nRF sniffer with Wireshark.
But unfortunately, I see this error when I'm trying to start a new capture with my nRF Sniffer.

Error message:
Error from extcap pipe: Exception ignored in: <function

RE: nRF Sniffer with Wireshark issue

Hello,

Thanks for your reply.

I was able to fix the issue:

I've uninstalled und re-installed all of the packages in the requirement.txt and there was a new update for Wireshark to Version 4.2.6.

So, it's working now without any issues.

Regards,

I’m not entirely sure, but I suspect this might be an issue related to the Python version installed on your system (typically, Python 3.7 or greater is required). The nRF Sniffer relies on Python for its scripts. Please verify that Python is correctly configured in your PATH. Also, check that the extcap scripts are correctly placed in the Wireshark extcap directory. For example, it should look something like
C:\Users\x**y\AppData\Roaming\Wireshark\extcap
.

Additionally, ensure that you have followed all the steps mentioned in the guide.

Kind regards,
