I suggest you use an exernal pull down resistor to make sure the buzzer is off until you can initalize the GPIO

I find when I disconnect buzzer, The voltage will be normal.I have tried to set pin BEEP low but it's failure.What can I do to set level low during the startup phase?

Thanks for the scope trace.

VSYS is dropping far enough (below 2.8V) to reset the device.
This suggests a very large inrush current on VOUT which is collapsing the supply.
What sort of load do you have connected?

If you power up the PMIC with the resistors setting the startup voltage and no SW involvement (SoC held is reset), does it behave as expected?

Could you try changing the VBUS limit to 500mA?
If you are using Zephyr, you can do this by setting `vbus-limit-microamp` in your overlay.

If you are using register writes, please try writing:
VBUSINILIM0 -> 0
followed by
TASKUPDATEILIMSW -> 1

What I mean is that npm1300 stopped supplying power and caused the CPU to restart. As shown as in this picture, Vout periodically stops outputting a voltage of approximately 389ms.

hi I use the logic analyzer to captures data from IIC interface.As shown as in the picture,there are restarting about 389ms.

The following is the last data operation before restarting.It write 0x03 to BUCKSWCTRLSEL(0xf) register.
