&lt;p&gt;It looks like this module has an internal-pull up. So it will be fine to leave it unconnected. But if you wish, for extra confirmation, you can connect it to the VDD supply voltage or use an external pull-up. Don&amp;#39;t pull down unless you want to reset the device.&lt;/p&gt;
