My issue is resolved now.

After generating the source code file, I moved only the zap-generated folder file. We also need to move lock.zap to out of the tree project src folder.

I am testing 2.6.1 and 2.7.0 sdk and got the same error for both.

Which version of the ZAP tool are you using? You can find it by going to Help > About in the ZAP tool.

Ans:

For SDk: 2.7.0

For SDK: 2.6.1

Did you follow the instructions in Adding clusters to Matter application for using the ZAP tool?

Ans: Yes, Same
