Modem team;

AT%RAI is the command for activating both AS-RAI and CP-RAI features. Activating the RAI with AT%RAI doesn’t trigger RAI information to network since the actual control for release assistance is done from socket.

AT%XRAI is obsolete and should not be used in final product.
