1. There is no planned or expected end of life for the nRF52811. We will keep producing it as long as we get orders for it. For comparison, most of the nRF24 series released around 2010 is still in producion and still doesn't have an EoL planned yet either.

2. Yes, it should be pretty straight forward to port your project to nRF52811 HW. We have a user guide available here: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v17.1.0/nrf52811_user_guide.html

3. Yes, the nRF52811 does support Thread and Bluetooth 5.3, but it's very limited in terms of RAM and Flash memory, so the nRF52811 won't be able to fit both the BLE stack and Thread stack on it. For that you would need the nRF52840 I believe, or at least the nRF52833 (depending on the size of your application).
