Hello,

Yeah. battery profiling takes time. You can try to repeat the profiling sequence from the beginning with the correct setup (external connection on I2C setup).

It was going ok till the last phase before this error.

Hello,

This was something I was worried about. The battery profiling is quite time consuming and not attractive. If these errors occur, then the whole measurement can be thrown away.

Hello,

From the error log, it seems there is an I2C communication error. Also, the picture you sent of your setup there is external connection the i2C header, so we think there is a cutoff event from the battery.

For this reason, during battery profiling process, the battery voltage drops too low for this particular battery. So, it shuts off for safety reason. If this is the case, you can try to profile the battery again with a slightly higher cutoff voltage.

Hello,

this is how we connected the two boards with the battery:

We did not have any NTC, therefore we connecte the NTC pin to 10 K Ohm.
