&lt;p&gt;Block and frame quantifies the same data. In the nRF5340 Audio applications, a block is 1ms of PCM samples and a frame is usually 10ms of PCM samples, or 10 blocks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The rest of the order should be LC3 encode -&amp;gt; SDU -&amp;gt; PDU.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hope that clears things up for you.&lt;/p&gt;
