I'm returning with a more specific answer.

Block and frame quantifies the same data. In the nRF5340 Audio applications, a block is 1ms of PCM samples and a frame is usually 10ms of PCM samples, or 10 blocks.

The rest of the order should be LC3 encode -> SDU -> PDU.

Hello,

The data flow for the nRF5340 Audio application is described in the Firmware architecture section of the application documentation. The subsections in Firmware architecture describes the data flow for the different configurations for the application (USB gateway, I2S gateway/headset).

Are you working on a gateway or a headset device?

Are you using USB or I2S as the audio source?
