Have you enabled scan requests on the iOS app side, as I think this data is added into the scan response on the peripheral, and only a scan request will prompt the beacon to also advertise/send this additional data.

I am developing a IOS APP,I want to scan the Major/Minor and UUID(ab8190d5...),but I can not scan these data.

I only scan Tx Power Level /Service Data and Complete Local Name.

What do you mean by "scan the data" exactly? After connecting you're not able to see what this data is, or are you not able to modify it? Please be a bit more specific on what you need to do.
