This link have no help with me.But i have solved the problem use the nRF Connect SDK.I refer to these two links, Central dynamic add discovery of second 128 UUID service - Nordic Q&A - Nordic DevZone - Nordic DevZone (nordicsemi.com) and nRF52833 cannot interconnect and communicate with BLE chip of Realtek - Nordic Q&A - Nordic DevZone - Nordic DevZone (nordicsemi.com).Maybe the telink perihphral needs dynamic service allocation. Thank you for you help!

Okay, can you share what the Telink peripheral is exactly? Do you know what MCU is used for the radio there for example, and what kind of service this is that it is advertising?

From this last screenshot, it seems like the FFF0 service is being handled similarly from both the Telink and nRF51, and the difference is that the nRF51 also has a Nordic UART service while the Telink has an unknown service

Again, I think this is due to the 16-bit offset in tohe 16 bit UUID, where you don't use the first 4 bytes, but the ones after that for discovery as described in this thread: Received service discovery response . Service discovery failed . Error code 0x10A, so the nRF52832 is trying to discover different bytes from the Telink device, which is why discovery fails.

I have no way to get the more details about how the service is set up on the telink side.I only can get the serice data by the NRF Connect APP, and i modified it in nRF51 side the same as the telink side.They are now have diffence in 0xFFF0 service as below.

The nRF51 is probably handling this already, while the Telink peripherals most likely are not. See this case where that was the case in a previous post. If that doesn't help, please share some more details about how the service is set up on the Telink side.

I also upload the wireshark sniffer log of nRF52832 connect to the telink peripheral.devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../telink.pcapng

In the sniffer log, the SD response error when the handle is 0x0001(it just the start handle),the SD not serach form 0x0001 to 0xFFFF.But when i switch to nRF51822 peripheral, i will get the SD response found FFF0 service at handle 0x0009.

Hi Simonr: Maybe i have not describe my problem clearly. I want to connenct the telink peripheral, and i just want to communicate with customer service 1(0xFFF0).The customer service 2 is just for OTA. So is the nRF52832 central need to discovery the service 2 at the same time?

I have added two customer service in the nRF51822 peripheral, and nRF52832 central also added the two customer service discovery.I can discovery the two customer service successfully.As below:

But when i switched to the telink peripheral, the nRf52832 central can not find the customer service 1.AS below: Because i do not konw how to modify the last 16 bit UUID based on 128Bit(As the picture1 shown) in nordic chip, so i did not modify the customer service 2's UUID in nrf51822 peripheral at same with telink peripheral. I do not think customer service 2 will effect the discovery result of customer service 1.

Why the nRF52832 central can find the service FFF0 of nRf51 peripheral, but not find the serive FFF0 of telink peripheral? Please helo me solve this peroblem!Thanks!
