Somehow the app resolved itself after a few days?

A different issue came up after that but I'll create a separate question for that.

This prompt would typically appear when you open the Device Manager app.

I'm only using my phone but I'll try and get other peoples phones to see if I can DFU with their devices.

Hello,

Are you experiencing this issue on just one mobile device, or is it occurring on all of your devices? I have tested the Device Manager app (v2.0.0) by performing an OTA DFU , and it is working fine on my end. Could you please check if there is a setting or permission that might be blocking the app from functioning properly on your device?
