Yes, I am using ncs-v2.7.0.

The issue got resolved when disabled the secure MCU boot option from configuration.

Are you also on NCS release v2.7.0-5cb85570ca43?

Can you test with the v2.7.99-cs1, or -cs2 or some other tag from release.

Try to follow the steps in this guid: https://academy.nordicsemi.com/courses/cellular-iot-fundamentals/ , might solve the issue you have.

Might also be a Linux build issue for the version of the nrf connect for vs code app that you are using. difficult to say at this point

That seems to be the issue yes. Regions should not be overlapping like this.

This should be ok.

Any recent reals should work. Try to run the update to see if that helps.

And try and update nRF connect for VS code extension. https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=nordic-semiconductor.nrf-connect

Have you tested the nRF connect Programmer app to see if that works?

I am not sure what causes the issue that you are seeing. Have not seen this before.

Maybe you can try to update VS code to see if it works.

Or you can use the Programmer app if the flash function in VS code does not want to work.

Maybe it is related to operating system and settings, it can be difficult to tell what caused the issue, and if it is a bug or not.

Try to update the SDK and update the toolchain and see if that helps.

When building for the DK revision 0.14.0 or later, you can use the following additional nodes (see Building for a board revision for information how to build for specific revisions of the board):

Devicetree node label	Analog switch name
`nrf_interface_pin_9_routing`	nRF_IF9_CTRL
`io_expander_pins_routing`	IO_EXP_EN
`external_flash_pins_routing`	EXT_MEM_CTRL

Sample should work out of the box with no changes at all.

Have you done any changes to the project, like different boot address?

If so Please set the partition with the pm_static.yml file instead of the overly file. You can let the partition manager generate build/partitions.yml automatically, and duplicate and rename it to pm_static. Modify the partition in pm_static as you want, and then place it under the app folder

can you try to recover your bord first?

Then when you do a build use the pristine build option

And then when you program click on the Erase and flash option.

step2: click build

step3：click flash

Observing the serial port print log:
