&lt;p&gt;As seen in the changelog for the hardware files, found under the nRF9161 DK&amp;#39;s &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-hardware/nRF9161-DK/Download?lang=en#infotabs"&gt;downloads&lt;/a&gt;, the updated hardware files now also contain the correct .IntLib file.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is always recommended to order small batches of custom designs for initial production to verify the layout, assembly process, and design. Typically, 3-5 units are sufficient for initial testing.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Yes, I have experienced issues when using the files from&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;pca10153.IntLib. We had a lot of short circuits between GND and VDD on the chip. The problem is that the library has different footprint than the PCBDOC with the whole DK layout.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;That&amp;#39;s why I want to confirm which footprint is the latest and should be used in production&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;rsquo;m experiencing the same issue. The &amp;quot;&lt;code&gt;pca10153.IntLib&amp;quot;&lt;/code&gt; file in the Hardware files 1.0.0 does not correspond to the components on the DK board and the pdf schematic/layout.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Some examples include:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The &lt;code&gt;nPM1300&lt;/code&gt; component is not present in the &lt;code&gt;pca10153.IntLib&lt;/code&gt; file, although it is on the DK board.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The &lt;code&gt;nRF9161&lt;/code&gt; footprint does not match the footprint shown in the PCB file (400688.PcbDoc).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The &lt;code&gt;nRF9161&lt;/code&gt; symbol does not match the symbol in the schematic PDF.&lt;/p&gt;
