Thanks for the response, any luck finding some reference code? Are there any examples using both UART instances on the nrf52840? Thanks for the help.

Hello,

The Thread CLI is a good start. I will try to find some reference code which enables UART for logging and shell backend. Using two UART instances should be the way to go.
