I am using nRF52820 and nRF5 SDK (17.1.0).
When the fds_gc() function is executed, all bonding information in the pairing area (flash) is erased.
My understanding was that only bonding information deleted with the pm_peer_delete() function

RE: When the fds_gc() function is executed, all bonding information in the pairing area (flash) is erased.

Hi,

This is not expected. fds_gc() should only remove FDS records that are unused. Have you debugged to understand more about what is happening? It coudl be interesting to both see if you have some fds or meer manager calls that you are not aware of tat could delete data, or perhaps other code that could write to/erase flash in other ways?
