Hi,

In the nRF Terminal, you should be able to use the nrfutil commands. PLease upgrade to the latest version of nRF Command Line Tools and nrfutil using:

nrfutil self-upgrade

nrfutil install device

Please also try verifying the cable you used to connect to the DK. Try using the same DK and see if other DKs are detected. Then also try using other cables with this 54DK.

If none of these options help you, please reach out to your DK provider and ask for a replacement.

Could you try "nrfutil device list " to see if the DK is being listed?

What happens when you try to connect to the DK via command line tool?

Are you able to see your device if you use nrfjprog --ids

Are you able to do this?

It looks like your issue was that your DK was not being detected.? If you try nrfjprog -i do you see the device listed?

Could you send a picture of your DK? Just to verify the connections and switch positions on it. Also, in case there are any error messages too.

Also, could you confirm whether your issues persists only in VSCode or do you have the same problem when building via command line?

Have you taken a look at the Getting started guide for the nRF54H20DK? https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/app_dev/device_guides/working_with_nrf/nrf54h/ug_nrf54h20_gs.html#ug-nrf54h20-gs

Because it's a bit different building and working for the nRF54 compared to the 52 series.

The attached picture is of nRF52840DK now I'm able to connect and flash the code.

For the nRF54H20DK, no device details are found even when the device is connected. Give a solution for it.
