My issue has been resolved.At first I wanted to compile a firmware with Mcuboot through sysbuild, but now I find that I can do it by adding CONFIG_BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT=y.Thanks for your help.

After build the sample ncs\v2.6.1\zephyr\samples\subsys\mgmt\mcumgr\smp_svr, i found the __rom_region_start is 0x14000 in the map file,but in the devicetree file ncs\v2.6.1\zephyr\boards\arm\nrf5340dk_nrf5340\nrf5340_cpuapp_common.dtsi , the start address of slot0 is 0x10000.

Is this correct?

I suspect this issue might be due to the limited support for sysbuild in NCS version 2.6.1. The sample in question is no longer present in version 2.7.0. I tested the same sample in version 2.6.1 and encountered a similar error. However, when I tried the sample without using sysbuild, it built successfully. This result is unexpected, as the sample is specifically designed to demonstrate how to configure sysbuild.

I also tested the smp_svr sample with sysbuild in both NCS v2.7.0 and v2.6.1, and it worked fine in both versions. Could you please try using sysbuild with NCS v2.7.0 and let me know if you encounter any issues?

I can use west build --sysbuild command to build the project ncs\v2.6.1\zephyr\samples\subsys\mgmt\mcumgr\smp_svr

Hello,

Which sample are you using for this? Is it your own custom application? Have you tried any samples with MCUBOOT from the SDK? For instance, you might want to try the smp_svr sample from Zephyr, which includes MCUBOOT. You can find the sample under ncs\v2.6.1\zephyr\samples\subsys\mgmt\mcumgr\smp_svr
