Thank you. The assert indicate that you are using TIMER0, which is reserved for MPSL. See the MPSL Integration notes for a list of resoruces that cannot be used while the MPSL is used (which is the case when using Bluetooth, as the SoftDevice Controller depends on MPSL).

Which version of the nRF Connect SDK are you using? (I need to know that in order to be able to look up the assert)
