&lt;p&gt;If your application requires Bluetooth support, I recommend starting with one of the Bluetooth examples (e.g., ble_peripheral/ble_app_uart/pca10100/s113). The application needs to be linked to start on top of the Softdevice. Otherwise, the softdevice will be overwritten when you flash the app.&lt;/p&gt;
