I used nrf52832 and nrf52840 by nrf sdk.
But I need to develop nrf5340 now, and I understand I have to use ncs to develop firmware for nrf5340.

I have some questions.

1. In previous work for nrf52840 by nrf sdk, I used functions

RE: Migration from nrf sdk 17.02 to ncs : Requesting starting point

Hello Runar,

Thank you for advice!

I will start from nRF connect SDK Fundamentals as you mention.

My personal recommendation would be to start of with the nRF Connect SDK Fundamentals course we have on DevAcademy to help you get familiar with NCS. After you have at least read through it I would then take a look at our Bluetooth Low Energy course. We do have a lot of samples in Zephyr but I found it extremely helpful when I moved from bare metal programmering to Zephyr to at least read through the courses as Zephyr was unfamiliar for me. We also have a lesson in the nRF Connect SDK Intermediate that do a deeper dive into SPI.

Other then that I would suggest having a look at the following samples

Notification: Bluetooth: Peripheral UART(NUS)

SPI: Low level SPI using NRFX driver https://github.com/crfosse/ncs_projects/tree/main/peripheral_zephyr/spi

PPI PPI and https://github.com/too1/ncs-nrfx-pulse-count-example

Timers: https://github.com/too1/ncs-nrfx-timer-example

I would also suggest having a look at Developing with the nRF5340dk

Note: Some of the github links are examples made by people on tech support, they might not be up to date on NCS 2.7 but they should give you an idea at least

Regards

Runar
