Hi okay if ignore multiprotocol at same time
is it doable to have all protocols added but depending on configuration it starts ?

nRF52840 could not achieve your requirements mostly due to flash/RAM limitations. See

In NCS, the Multiprotocol support achieves that the Thread and Zigbee protocols run another protocol in parallel, and the Matter and Zigbee applications are based on the Application Layer. So it can run two protocols concurrently. Of course, it will require many adaptations but technically it is possible. However, the main limitations are ROM and RAM.
