I tried android phone + SmartThings and couldn't reproduce the issue, but apple phone + SmartThings can reproduce it, so it may be related to apple phone.

Yes, It can also be reproduced on v2.6.0, and it can be reproduced after about 5 - 10 retries. I tested it with the apple phone + homepod mini.

Is this device based on NCS v2.7.0?

How frequently this could happen?

Which kind of Matter controller are you using? Did you get a chance to test with other Matter controllers?
