What the UF2 bootloader is doing and why it is not allowing flashing is something you should ask the module maker.

Also the chip that you posted "Geehy", I do not know what that is, but that does not look Nordic.

Thanks for the reply! Now, the last problem is how to flash it to my board. Also, I have an ST-LINK, but it does not solve the flashing issue.

The chip is factory programmed to have the right settings in FICR. With those intact, you can can try any example folder from here and go into the "hex" directory to find the hex file you can use to test. Note that the precompiled hex files are made for nRF development boards, so the logging/LED and buttons might work different for you if your kit have different pins connected to buttons/LEDs/uart_pins

Thanks a lot! I guess I got wrong firmware on board. Would you help me where can I find binary or hex with stock firmware for nRF52840 ic?

Not sure where you bought that chip, but can you show me the laser markings on the chip?

You should ask the module maker about this, it does not look like a module we know or understand.
